Description
This handmade one of a kind armband is available at my etsy store. You can also see more photos of the armband there.
This butterfly armband is made out of leather, ribbons and copper. I embossed the leather with a handcarved butterfly stamp and then varnished the butterfly to really make it stand out. The actual pattern of the butterfly was inspired by the monarch butterfly.
The ends of the ribbons have been sealed with a flame to prevent fraying. I hand twisted the copper pieces to bring the ribbons together.
