Elizabethan Punk Ruff

I had a look on numerous website how to make a ruff but all of the explanation were quite longwinded so I ended up just kind of making it up. I used a cheap material as it was mainly just to try it out to see if it would work. It has a metal wire frame so that it can remain open and so that it will stand up properly. The edges were left rough to go more with the punk theme and on the safety pins were added where historically pearls and the like were sewn on.
