Tea Garden Hedgehog Etching

These hand printed hedgehog dry-point etchings are available at my etsy store.

This print is taken from an illustration series I am working on inspired by the creatures and flowers in my garden here in the Netherlands and by my mother's love of tea. The original illustrations for the series are going to be painted with acrylic but I couldn't resist turning this little hedgehog into a dry-point etching.

These hedgehog prints were printed with black oil based ink onto 200gr Italian watercolour paper. They were printed with my dry point etching plate and my etching press. They were printed as a limited edition of 7 prints. Each print is signed and numbered.  You can select exactly which numbered print you would like at my etsy store.
